The Cabin

Well, we just got back from the cabin. And it was a ton of fun. Emily, Jessie, and I drove up and met the rest of the peeps (the parents, whit, wils, and caitlin) yesterday at about 1:00. Then, we rested and laid down and played super mario brothers! It was really relaxing and really lazy. But it was exactly what I needed, because this week has been pretty busy and it was exactly what Em needed because she's been dancing this whole week. (AND, she danced for like 7 hours on Saturday, so she needed some rest) Then, we ate spaghetti and sat on the couch while Whitney chose a movie for us to watch. It was between My Fair Lady and Despereaux. Whitney ultimately ended up picking Despereaux and we all hated it. It was terrible. Then, we sat on the couches and had one of the Simons Family's famous "Memory Nights." It was pretty epic. We told stories for about 2 hours. I hope we didn't freak the rest of the peeps out. Then we all were super tired and we slept. I slept in my bed and it was nice and cozy. (thanks to the heating blanket) Then, we woke up and ate a delicious pancake breakfast and got ready to play. We started out by snowmobiling, and Em, Jessie, and I each took a snowmobile out and it was so much fun! I love snowmobiling! It's reminds me of jet-skiing, but snowmobiles have more control. :) I love jet-skiing. I've only ever been once. And it was in San Diego and it was stormy and choppy. But, it was fun. Anyway, we came back from snowmobiling and then we ate really good food. (grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with soup) Then, my parents wanted us to go snowshoeing, but Em and I were pretty tired, but we went nonetheless. It was pretty frustrating at the beginning, but it's hard to stay frustrated when you have a really cute girlfriend who knows exactly how I'm feeling and exactly what I need. She's the best. Then, we got packed up and left. It was a good cabin experience. I really needed a little break and I've been feeling a need to get up to the cabin. Here's a picture of the cabin, from a while ago, but I just thought I'd show you (anyone whose life is so boring that they feel they need to read this crap) that the cabin does, in fact, exist.
Anyway, I kinda feel like I need something in my life. Something's missing. Anyone have suggestions?

I'm down for both... but it's not me who needs the convincing. :)
